And your applique pieces for the BOM look great. It will become a very lovely block.hettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15090080775748699453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-90309743669681175.post-46653981211324400242010-03-15T08:59:02.199-04:002010-03-15T08:59:02.199-04:00I hope you and your daughter get caught up on your...I hope you and your daughter get caught up on your sleep soon. I love these blocks you are making for your nephew's quilt. They look so fun! I'm not participating in the Schnibbles Parade but have enjoyed seeing them. So much so that I bought one of the patterns. However, I haven't made it yet because as you pointed out the size is kind of in between....not really big enough for a quilt and for me too big for a wall quilt. Love them though. Whatever you decide fabric wise will turn out great I'm sure.Rene'https://www.blogger.com/profile/04059560899969549882noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-90309743669681175.post-926783177782982242010-03-14T09:28:21.822-04:002010-03-14T09:28:21.822-04:00I'm sorry you're not getting enough sleep....I'm sorry you're not getting enough sleep. That aside I'm amazed how much you are getting done! So glad these wee ones go to school so us mama's can sew all day. :)LJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09886347579490073430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-90309743669681175.post-47818379406797388532010-03-14T00:58:09.043-05:002010-03-14T00:58:09.043-05:00Initially when the new Schnibbles were announced, ...Initially when the new Schnibbles were announced, I didn't like the new ones the best either. There's some great ones I was hoping they'd pick like Good Fortune or Short Story...BUT these new ones are growing on me. Check my blog...I added a larger border to the Sunday Best to make it a baby quilt. That made it a bit better. www.joscountryjunction.comJohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00801251430263990186noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-90309743669681175.post-26043134386125044452010-03-13T20:39:33.011-05:002010-03-13T20:39:33.011-05:00I hope your little one feels better soon. But if you want it bigger, I would use the reds from your stash. I think it would look wonderful in red. A red quilt is so classic and can be used all year long.Arianehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06443998599169190006noreply@blogger.com
