The blue is going to border which ever is decided but I really can't decide on the trim. I'm leaning to number 1 but not sure.
And I'm totally sure I would add another line of ric rack after. What do you think?

I can't decide on the borders for Nephew #2's quilt.

It is hard to say because the more ric-rack the better!! I think I like #1 the best and wonder if that was your first try. Sometimes our first instincts are the best. Lucky little nephew you have there.
