Oh the drama!

Little Bit has been wanting her hair cut for awhile now, or more specifically she "wants to not be me anymore, want someone elses hair"

Yesterday we went to my salon and got her hair cut! I'm not sure who was more worried, me or the stylist! There were no less then four women petting her hair, exclaiming about the length and colour before the stylist went to work.
Little Bit even sat on her hair when trying to get in the chair!

The last one is bad but you can see how much came off! About 6-7"!
She loves it and it will grow out again if she decides she wants it super long again.

EDIT
I've already had someone mention donating the hair. As soon as Little Bit is able to make the decision to have so much cut off, between 8-10", we will definatly be supportive of that!

She also wanted more pics today! lol she is such a ham. All posing is her own, I had nothing to do with it!!

Absolutely beautiful hair on a beautiful child. If she/you can wait until she wants 9" cut off, you can donate it to Locks of Love who in turn will turn it into a wig for a child with cancer who has lost her hair. Many beauty shops participate in this wonderful cause.

She's really cute! And I bet the stylist was a bit nervous about cutting it, but it looks like Little Bit was pretty happy with the results. (Me too)

What a cutie! My DD had long hair when she was young too~ I used to do all sorts of braids for her. When she got it cut she went to her shoulders and she looked so different her friends didn't recognize her until she spoke. :-)

She's adorable! My daughter started growing her hair long to donate it when she was 8. She just donated it for the third time. I'm so proud of her!

Cutting your hair is a big decision for a little girl. Looks like she handled it well. I'm sure mom is relieved:)

Little bit is so very cute. Big decision for a little girl to cut so much hair off, but the cut looks great.

Little Bit has such gorgeous hair- my god daughters have long beautiful hair, and when they got a bit older ,they did participate in the hair for cancer.
Pretty hair cut for a lovely girl-
She looks so proud of her new haircut- there is nothing like a styled haircut to make one feel better about ones self.
Hope she enjoys her first days of the new school year.
Regards,
Anna

Why every stupid person writes about Locks of Love? They sell hair for earning money for themselves. They make only a few wigs for children a year. Think over why LoL and other organizations have come into existence when a lot of women wear hair extension. It´s big business for them. If you want to help children with cancer, donate your money for cancer research. No wig helps children from cancer.
