Friday Night Sew-In, Saturday Check In

YAY I got some things done!!

First off is Mini Verna. Remember her?
This is as far as I got last FNSI I got this far.

This time I got this far! All finished, and quilted up.

I just have to decide now whether to just bind it or use this to make a cutting mat cover/carrier. The quilt is 21x14.

I also got the borders made up and sewn onto Blushing Sunday.

I'll be making this bigger I think, not so sure how yet lol. How do you like my modification of the pattern?

I used my new walking foot on Mini Verna. It made quilting it sooooo easy!

I can't wait until I have Tumbling Dino's basted up so I can quilt it with my new toy.

I'm off to the baby shower. It's about 4 hours away so I'm hoping to sleep some since I'm not going to be driving.

Beautiful stars!! That's the pattern of the first quilt I ever made. Needless to say, your points are much nicer than mine were. LOL.

I love your Sunday Blush! It is gorgeous. I have a blush charm pack around here somewhere and now I want to pull it out!

Leave it to you to change the Schnibbles pattern! LOL! I'm thinking that must be your typical MO, but change is good! I normally change everything too, but for some reason, I've been reasonably content leaving the Schnibbles "as is." So far!

You did quite a bit during the Friday night Sew In. I really like what you did with your Verna squares. I absolutely love this quilt top. Very pretty. Your Sunday Best is great as well. Hope you are feeling better (sorry, I'm behind on my blog reading) and enjoy the baby shower. So nice that you don't have to drive and can sleep some.

You make lovely quilts!
Blushing: I would add a white sashing border and then a pieced border of the printed fabric.

I love your Mini Verna quilt. Did you have a pattern for that?
